Research

Within the College of Engineering, the breadth, scope, and variety of research activities are enormous--more than 1,900 projects are under way. A more than $170-million endeavor, the research programs involve some 650 researchers and thousands of graduate and undergraduate students working on projects directed by engineering faculty.
